Certification to recognised standards for Quality Management Systems has been the norm for more than 15 years. A culture of continuous improvement ensures that our systems are constantly improved and updated in line with successive versions of the appropriate standards. For many of our products, ISO 9001 is the appropriate standard, but for the pharmaceutical industry, the approval of a regulatory body such as the US Food & Drug Administrations is required, while other specific standards such as TS 16949 meet the specific needs of the automotive industry are adopted where appropriate.
