| FLUORINATED FEEDSTOCK |  Anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, also known as hydrogen fluoride and or hydrofluoric acid − HF for short − is the fundamental building block for the fluorochemicals industry, providing the primary source of fluoride ion − which forms the basis of a vast range of industrial, pharmaceutical and fine chemical products. We have manufactured HF at our Runcorn site in the UK for over 40 years during which time we have developed considerable expertise in the safe production, distribution, storage, handling and use of this product. As well as being a major producer of hydrogen fluoride, we are also one of the world's largest consumers in the production of our wide range of fluorinated industrial and specialty chemicals.
