It is our policy to design our processes and manufacture and distribute our products in a responsible manner so that our employees, customers, the public and the environment are protected from unacceptable risk.
To support this policy we will:
- Ensure that laws and regulations applicable to our products and operations are known and complied with and that our own high standards are adopted in the absence of regulations
- Integrate safety, health and environmental considerations into our business processes, building on established systems for Quality Assurance
- Consider health and safety, the conservation of resources and energy, and the minimisation of waste in the design and operation of our processes and the applications to which we sell our products
- Set objectives and formally review performance in order to continually improve the effectiveness of our safety, health and environmental processes
- Share information about significant hazards of our products and operations with all staff within the business, and with suppliers, customers, Government agencies and the public as appropriate
