Mexichem Fluor exports its ZEPHEX® products to over 30 countries worldwide, from its state-of-the-art facilities, dedicated to the production of pharmaceutical grades of HFA 134a and HFA 227ea.

ZEPHEX®134a is produced at Mexichem Fluor's Medical Products manufacturing complex in Runcorn, UK. Mexichem Fluor's partner manufactures ZEPHEX®227ea using a dedicated facility in Arkansas, USA. Mexichem Fluor retains responsibility for final testing and release of ZEPHEX®227ea even though a partner company manufactures it.

Mexichem Fluor produces its Medical propellants on dedicated facilities designed, constructed and operated to the highest cGMP standards. These facilities are capable of producing high quality GMP propellants to meet the volume and quality requirements of global pharmaceutical companies.

Mexichem Fluor's major manufacturing plants in the UK, USA and Japan supply the HFA 134a feedstock. A validated, audited and proven manufacturing facility in the USA supplies the HFA 227ea feedstock.

The entire operation from acceptance of feedstock through to final product release to customers, is managed to the most rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards in the industry and is backed by world-leading gas chromatography analytical methodologies developed by Mexichem Fluor.

A strategic security stock of both products, can be held in Europe, Asia and the Americas where required In addition to the storage capabilities at the manufacturing sites for ZEPHEX®134a and ZEPHEX®227ea.
