Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance department manages the systems that support the manufacture, testing and release of both ZEPHEX®134a and ZEPHEX®227ea. These systems are unambiguous, robust and meet the requirements of both regulatory agencies and customers.

Mexichem Fluors' Quality Assurance department is responsible for:

• Approving the release of all products to the customer
• Conducting vendor assessments
• Initiating basic and refresher GMP training
• Managing internal audit programmes, covering all aspects of production, testing and release Managing, reviewing and approving controlled documentation

Quality Control Philosophy

The driving force of Mexichem Fluor's medical HFA Quality Control activities is that they should provide an unequalled product quality guarantee for the pharmaceutical industry. The reality of this guarantee is that every container of product dispatched to the customer is accompanied by a C of A that gives accurate and detailed analytical information regarding the contents. This data is produced by testing to the full range of analytical methods, which have themselves been the subject of detailed validation studies and are continually challenged for potential improvements.
